01 — The beginning
A craft kitchen with a view
The Artisan Craft Kitchen and Rooftop Terrace opened its doors to the Dallas Arts District in October 2018.
Owned and operated by G Texas Catering, a leader in the DFW catering and events industry for over 20 years, the vision was to bring inventive chef-inspired flavours to the community. Our team has a passion for quality and service with each guest who walks through the door.
Whether you are stopping by for a quick bite in the Craft Kitchen, or hosting a private event on our Rooftop Terrace, The Artisan’s modern and sophisticated space is a must-see in Downtown Dallas.

The Artisan is proud to be part of the HALL family at KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts — a development that has brought new life, new residents and new visitors into the Dallas Arts District.
03 — In the kitchen
Made to order, every order
The Craft Kitchen is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 2:00pm. No reservations are needed to dine with us.
Come in and stay awhile, or start your order for pick-up. Breakfast runs daily from 8:00 to 10:30am and coffee is poured until 11:30am, with a new chef’s featured flavour every month.
